Specifický výzkum v oblasti multimodálního zpracování nestrukturovaných dat a sofistikované analýzy signálů a obrazů bude zaměřen na následující oblasti: paraklinické metody monitorování progrese a efektu léčby Parkinsonovy nemoci s ohledem na léčbu hypokinetické dysartie, pokročilé techniky analýzy nestrukturovaných dat s využitím metod hlubokého učení pro nalezení skrytých vzorců a optimalizační modely, metody a algoritmy pro zpracování nestrukturovaných dat v algoritmech psychoakustických modelů řídkých reprezentací.
