Výzkum bude zaměřen na identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují realitní trh ve vybraných zemích regionu střední a východní Evropy (CEE). Zkoumána bude zejména změna vývoje počtu stavebních povolení pro bytovou výstavbu ve vztahu k vývoji trhu jako celku. V numerickém modelu bude zkoumán vliv makroekonomických, mikroekonomických, demografických i náhodných proměnných. Dále se projekt zaměří na identifikaci externích a interních faktorů ovlivňujících rozvoj trhu rizikového kapitálu na straně poptávky ve vybraných zemích regionu CEE.

Description in English
The research will focus on identifying factors that influence the real estate market in selected countries of the CEE region. In particular, the change in the development of the number of building permits for housing construction in relation to the development of the market as a whole will be examined. The influence of macroeconomic, microeconomic, demographic and random variables will be investigated in the numerical model. Furthermore, the project will focus on identifying external and internal factors affecting the development of the venture capital market on the demand side in selected countries of the CEE region.
