Learning outcomes of the course unit

Realization of own entrepreneurial projects is the key output. Students will develop skills and knowledge of management of entrepreneurial activities. Students will develop their communication leadership skills. Students will develop knowledge and skills in the area of innovation and competitive behavior of company. Students make a practice of evaluation of business activities.

Prerequisites

Knowledge:
• methods for team management;
• definition of business model,
• managerial functions in team management.
Skills:
• formulation and evaluation of business model;
• communication in team;
• formulation of plans of realization of entrepreneurial and managerial activities.

Aims

Course is focused on realization of real entrepreneurial projects. Managerial knowledge and skills required in entrepreneurship are developed on the base of practical training. Knowledge and skills relevant for different stages of company development are developed.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at seminars is required as well as studying of basic literature. Control is in teacher’s competence. The attendance at the presentation and defence of project is compulsory.
