The study programme MPC-JAE "Nuclear Power Engineering" has a natural continuity with the bachelor study programmes FAST - Civil Engineering, FSI - Energy; Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering, FCH - Applied Analytical, Environmental and Forensic Chemistry; Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, FEKT - Power Electrical and Electronics Engineering. However, the programme is open to all graduates of Bachelor's degree programmes who succeed in the admission procedure. Although the Nuclear Power Engineering study programme is practice-oriented and graduates of the programme will preferentially go into industrial practice at nuclear power plants, in their supply chain or in research, they will also be able to continue their studies in doctoral programmes at Brno University of Technology, other Czech universities or abroad. In the Czech Republic, the doctoral study programme focused on nuclear power engineering is accredited only at the Czech Technical University in Prague, while graduates can continue their doctoral studies at the Brno University of Technology in Brno in the programme of Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering at the Brno University of Technology, Power Engineering at the Brno University of Technology, Civil Engineering at the Brno University of Technology, Chemistry, Technology and Properties of Materials at the Brno University of Technology or elsewhere.
