There are several tools available online and free of charge to facilitate the creation of the plan, and they also offer the ability to collaborate with multiple colleagues at the same time or to update the plan on an ongoing basis. They will usually guide you through the entire process and offer to create a plan tailored to individual project or institutional requirements.
