On the project

Projekt se zabývá analýzou genomů bakteriálních společenstev, tzv mikrobiomu s cílem detekce genů antibiotické rezistence a souvisejících mobilních genetických elementů za použití běžných přístupů i nových experimentálních postupů. Závěrem bude navržen nový postup bioninformatické analýzy dat.

Description in English
The project focuses on the analysis of bacterial community genomes, i.e. microbiome, with the aim to detect antibiotic resistance genes and associated mobile genetic elements using both, common and novel experimental approaches. F`inally, a new computational workflow on the analysis will be proposed.
