Profile

Graduates will gain general expertise in the area of care for the property, in the area of legal relations to real estate, insurance, banking and the activities in the public administration. Special knowledge from the area of evaluation of real estate and real estate activities will be gained.

Graduates will gain general expertise in the area of care for the property, in the area of legal relations to real estate, insurance, banking and the activities in the public administration. Special knowledge from the area of evaluation of real estate and real estate activities will be gained.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples

Graduates will be able to manage and work at the level of the middle and higher management in companies engaged in real estate management, real estate services, carry out separately to deal with the issue of bank loans, evaluate the amount of damage to real assets or perform these services for the needs of the State administration or in these areas separately. As staff positions in companies concerned to the administration of the estate, the administration of the Housing Fund, including management of the houses in the community of owners or owned by housing cooperatives. The application also can find in the State administration at the level of the control functions (in the Housing Department, the Department of management of buildings, the Department of planning and construction management and securities business) for real estate. Development companies, banks (credit activity, the assessment of the pledge) and insurance companies (insurance adjuster).
