Profile
On the grounds of compulsory exams and seminars, the bachelor is provided with the sum of knowledge and skills which enable him/her to find and process information connected with the area of conceptual trends in an independent way. He/she knows the most important artists in this area, as well as their philosophical resources. He/she is able to include them into historic and cultural contexts. In his/her studio work, the bachelor learns elementary rules of conceptual creation on examples of his/her own installations and artifacts in order to be able to seek his/her own creative tasks and present them to the public h individually or within a team cooperation.
Key learning outcomes
The BA graduate has a general knowledge of theory nad history of art, philosophy, aesthetics, and technologies essential for artistic development, communication, and presentation. She is aware about the history, theory, sociological, political, and philosophical contexts of environmental approaches to art. She has mastered traditional and digital technologies of presentation to propose and carry out an environmental artwork. She is able to make an art work in various media both in 2D, installation, or digital presentation.
