On the project

Oblasti, které je potřeba teoreticky rozvíjet pro zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti České republiky spadají do témat, které Ústav managementu dlouhodobě řeší. Jedná se o rozvíjení manažerských dovedností, rozvoje malých a středních firem, leadershipu, marketingových činností, řízení projektů a strategického řízení. Základní principy představují rozvíjení excelence, aplikovatelné ve všech organizacích bez ohledu na odvětví, průmysl nebo velikost. Budou definovány podmínky, které vedou u organizací k orientaci na výsledky.
